Shoqan School Issues Kazakhstan’s First Education Bonds

Shoqan School has issued the first education-oriented bonds in the history of Kazakhstan.

A few days ago, SHOQAN SCHOOL, founded by Aselle Tasmagambetova and I in 2020, issued bonds at the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange. We are the first educational institute in the country to ever do so.

As I said yesterday, deploying capital-market instruments for education is how we match world-class ambitions with financial discipline, and how we grow, and how we help future generations grow.
