Ruslan Shayekin and Aselle Tasmagambetova: A Meaningful Conversation

Listening to Aselle’s interview with Ruslan Shayekin was an absolute treat.

Kazakh podcaster Ruslan Shayekin recently invited Aselle Tasmagambetova to discuss her life's work and the importance and impact of what she does in the latest episode of his very popular podcast.

The interview was filmed in the ASIYA production facility, the Shoqan School, and the Saby Foundation, as part of Ruslan's Made in KZ project. During the interview, you can hear Aselle explaining how to accomplish work that matters for our country and our society – how to build a factory that operates at a global standard, a school that sends its students to the best American and British universities, or a strong charity foundation that has been doing meaningful work for more than 20 years.

Aselle has become one of the most relevant women in business in Kazakhstan by spreading knowledge, building without noise, and moving forward with persistence.
