Sirin Labs Experience

Many of you have seen the picture of my son and me with Lionel Messi, undoubtedly one of the best football players of all time. A uniquely talented and generous man.

Back in 2016, when I was more involved in London-listed mining companies, I invested in a blockchain technology company called Sirin Labs, then known for developing the FINNEY smartphone, one of the most secure telephones ever.

A device named Finney in honour of software engineer and bitcoin pioneer Hal Finney, who sadly passed away in 2014.

The project, which counted Messi himself, Gennady Golovkin, and Irina Shayk as brand ambassadors, was endorsed by award-winning actor Leonardo DiCaprio and stars like Tom Hardy.

I was even the company's Chairman for a while. Sirin was, and is still, one of the most interesting projects in which I have been involved
